When: Thursday, October 30th 7:30 am to 1 pm

*Must be 16 as of 10/30. Parent Consent Form Required even if 18
*Must be well, no fever and have normal iron levels
*If recent tattoo or piercing, must be 3 months if reusable piercing gun.
*If STD, must be 3 months post treatment.
*Meet weight requirements-see chart below
Blood Donor Height and Weight Requirements
Donors aged 18 and under must meet minimum weight requirements based on height.
Female Donors
4'10" – at least 146 lbs
4'11" – at least 142 lbs
5'0" – at least 138 lbs
5'1" – at least 133 lbs
5'2" – at least 129 lbs
5'3" – at least 124 lbs
5'4" – at least 120 lbs
5'5" – at least 115 lbs
5'6" or taller – at least 110 lbs
Male Donors
4'10" – at least 118 lbs
4'11" – at least 114 lbs
5'0" or taller – at least 110 lbs
